Description
The Arkansas River Valley Audubon Society will meet on Monday, November 28, 7:00 p.m., on Petit Jean at the Winrock Institute, in the Stables Classroom. Call 501-977-3899 for directions if needed. New officers will be installed.
Away and Back, a Hallmark Hall of Fame movie about trumpeter swans, will be the program. Perfect timing, since our Arkansas trumpeter swans are migrating in for the winter. Directions to view them near Heber Springs will be offered at the meeting.
Refreshments will be heavy hors d'oeuvres to enjoy during the movie, so attendees may bring a finger-food snack item to share if they wish. Drinks will be provided. The public is invited to attend.
