Eagle Awareness Weekend - Car Caravan from Petit Jean State Park to Holla Bend

Description

Meet the park interpreters prior to our departure to Holla Bend, a national wildlife refuge located just west of Petit Jean State Park (driving distance approximately 15 miles, driving time about 30 minutes). We will be looking for wintering eagles, as well as other raptors and waterfowl. The entrance fee to the refuge will be waived for those in the caravan. We recommend that you bring warm clothing, binoculars, a camera, and to allow about two hours for this tour.
