There are eight regular sessions and one retreat that is a day-and-a-half.  All regular sessions are on the second Wednesday of the month and start at 8:30 am and end at 4:00 pm and a couple of sessions running 8:00-5:00*. Lunch and snacks are included.  The opening retreat begins at 8:30 am and ends at 12:30 pm the next day, and includes lodging, lunch, dinner, breakfast and snacks. This is a mandatory session and includes an overnight stay.
It is essential that applicants can commit the time required to attend the sessions as outlined.

Fees/Admission

$400.00  - Base Tuition Fee
50.00  - Personal Commitment Fee
$450.00  - TOTAL
Fee covers all meals and snacks, overnight lodging (opening retreat), training materials,
trainer fees and services, supplies, room costs, LCC favors and plaques.  Personal transportation
costs are not covered by the participant fee.

The purpose of Leadership Conway County (LCC) is to promote community development through the nurturing of leadership skills and support of leadership networks. LCC is a program committed to empowering individuals and groups of people with the skills they need to affect change by taking collective action in the county. Recognizing the worth and dignity of each individual in the county, LCC is dedicated to building stronger relationships between the communities within Conway County to increase commitment toward involvement with community development.
