Vacation Rentals Information Session

With the upcoming 2024 Eclipse and growth of tourism in our area, many local residents and second-home owners in our area are considering offering vacation rentals. If this something you may be interested in, you are invited to attend the Vacation Rental Information Session being hosted by the Morrilton Area Chamber of Commerce on Thursday, June 8^th at 6 pm. The session will be held at the Chamber’s Office at 115 E Broadway Street in Downtown Morrilton. There is no cost to attend.
 
There will be discussion on what are vacation rentals, the reasons you may want to consider being a vacation rental host, and important things to consider before getting started. 
 
“We are very excited about the upcoming Vacation Rental Information Session,” said Donnie Crain, President/CEO of the Morrilton Area Chamber of Commerce and Conway County Economic Development Corporation. “This session is designed to be informative and help folks that are interested in being vacation rental hosts do so successfully. The 2024 Eclipse is a one-of-a-kind event for our community and we certainly need more places to host the many visitors we expect to be coming here.”
